Psychotherapist
Nadine received her MSc degree in Clinical and Health Psychology from the University of Manchester in the UK. She has a BA in Psychology and Anthropology from the American University in Cairo. She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society.
Nadine is trained in multiple modalities of evidence-based psychotherapy including: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic psychotherapy, Attachment-informed therapy, Mindfulness-based interventions, and Mind & Body interventions for chronic illnesses.
She mostly uses integrative, client centered approaches and believes that therapy should be tailored to each client’s subjective experiences of mental, emotional, and behavioral difficulties. She provides psychotherapy for adults and late adolescents. She works with clients living with: mood disorders, posttraumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, phobias, sexual abuse, sexual disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, substance-use disorders, bereavement, and psychotic disorders. She conducts sessions in Arabic and English.
